W VON – Owen Lasch is a London based artist. „The Great Ocean” is the first album of W VON for FQP label. Material is based on perfectly recorded loops of guitars, accordion, even some voices. Drones are mixed with some glitchy and oriental sounds, creating massive waves of high tones.

Keel Keathley (PL) is a musician from Gdansk (Poland) Keel Keathley is a co-founder of independent record label Few Quiet People. Previously recorded under Nejmano’s profile. His debut album is called “Ti Morf Raf”

con_cetta (IT) – Giuseppe Cordaro, aka con_cetta, was born in 1981 in Sicily. He began playing guitar in 1994 and, following his early experiences with the noise trio Astre Bleme, decided to dedicate himself to creating experimental electronic music. Fascinated by the glitch sub-genre, he began composing his own digital music by use of software programmed ad hoc by his friend and fellow musician Tobor Experiment. Nowadays Giuseppe lives and works in Milan as an event organizer and sound sculptor for audio visual projects.

Szymon Kaliski (PL) – is young musician living in a small town near Poznan, Poland.
He creates sounds based on simple acoustic loops and field recordings, transforming them into broken repetitive melodies and minimalistic drones. His recordings are sunken in static noises, filled with imperfections and cracks, full of delicate reverberant space.

iN. (PL) – also known as Interia, is a solo project of Cezary Rudaś, born in 1986 in Poland. His music is created trough digital and analogue sound destruction of processed electric guitar, radio static, white noise. Inspiration is draw from emotions, dreams, transcendentalism, passing away, day to day life. He is a one of the founders of Few Quiet People.

Tomasz Bednarczyk (PL) – is a musician living in Wroclaw, Poland. Since 2004 he has been writing compositions presenting new, pop qualities through his fragile sounds. He makes melancholy impressions on the basis of acoustic loops and surrounding, outward sounds. The first full lenght album “Summer Feelings” is released by worldwide known and unquestionably recognized australian label Room40 (March 2008). Calm, subtile as well as severe and rough compositons receive good comments from journalists (Wire Magazine).

Krypton (PL) – whether a fictional planet in the DC Comics universe or a chemical element, known as a noble gas that occurs in trace amounts in the atmosphere, Krypton has the ability to expand into your subconscious. Along these sounds, you would be able to walk through a cold hummed darkness to develop systems of echolocation that will take you into distant memories. In this realm, memory becomes a bright greenish-yellow light that glows and reverbs. Once submerged into the nature of “silent drama”, you might hear the images of a forsaken territory, of a territory that is like faint shadows, of a connection with the land that is not familiar any longer. Once thought to be completely inert, Krypton is known to form a few compounds. These compounds are substances formed when two or more elements are chemically joined. In this case these substances are sonic. By suddenly arriving with some metal keys being plucked up and down… there are no fundamental divisions, and a unified set of laws underlie nature.

Strangelet (CZ) – one-man laptop project of Filip Skubal from Brno, Czech republic. It’s fusion of ambient drones, soundscapes and modern glitch electronica. Project was born in the middle of year 2007 with First artefacts release on his co-founded netlabel Cryoworks. After successful public acceptance started to live it’s own life in (cyber)space.

Tom Hall (AU) – is a media artist based in Brisbane, Australia. Hall’s eclectic works flourish by utilising a variety of mediums, each that reflect on his varied background and interests. With a strong focus on elements of the ‘everyday’ Hall’s practice involves considered explorations into place, space and time. Drawing inspiration from countless ‘peripheral’ spaces, Hall focuses on using multiple approaches to engage and recontextualise them to the public. In recent times Hall has worked with and played along side artists such as Steinbruchel, Tim Hecker, Jason Khan, Lawrence English, Takashi Kojima, Haco, Samm Bennet and Skist.

Stefan Wesolowski (PL) – composer, violinist, founder of experimental music. From the age of 16 he wrote songs for the Dominicans. Author of stringed parties on the Jacaszek’s “Treny”. Winner of the Mayor of Gdansk for Artists for 2007. In 2008 Wesołowski has released his debut album called “Kompleta”.

Krzysztof Zimmermann (PL) – is graduated master studies in Academy of music in Gdansk in Poland (composition and music theory). Currently is living in Göteborg in Sweden. He deals with music in a broad spectrum: compose and arrange choral and instrumental music, create electronical music, make soundtracks for movies, commercials and multimedia presentations… He gain inspiration from various musical genres and styles, eagerly crossing their borders.

Yu Miyashita (JP) – born 1984 Yamanashi (Japan), now lives in Brighton. Much of Yu’s compositions are based on the Glitch and Onkyo branches of Noise which grew up in the late 1990′s. Yu gathers bits of noise intuitively and assembles them into his Onkyo/Glitch/Noise hybrids.

Nejmano (PL) – Maciej Nejman, a Polish musician, uses a guitar and a laptop as a kind of hybrid tool to create his own point of view about musical world that surrounds him. Nejmano evolved as clarinetist before moving on to electronic music. He graduated from Music Academy in Gdansk. Now he is working as a co-founder of experimental music label – Few Quiet People. Nejmano’s music is situated at the crossroads of sensitivity and noise. In his compositions, melodies meet noise structures in an elegant way to make textured soundscapes.

Tropajn (PL) – the artist who use a wide range of tools, mainly audio, video and photography. Tropajn performs under the name of the public space, on wasteland and industrial areas, it moves in the areas of improvised electronics, electro-acoustics, interjecting occasionally sweet melodies

Gustav Tutre (CZ) – is an assumed name od Matej Schneider, a student of musicology in Brno, Czech Repub, His sound constructs are created using multiple instruments, sound samples of many kinds and considerable modulation… Death, when you come to me, may you come to me swiftly? I would rather not linger.. not linger.

Wong King (CN) – experimental guitar player and noise artist based in Shenzhen China. He likes improvisation and performance, also he likes DIY and Circuit Bending.
